How to:
Daily (Morning & Evening)
Apply your treatment cream: Use your 5% niacinamide, 1% licorice, and 2% alpha arbutin cream every single day. These ingredients work best with consistent, uninterrupted daily use to keep pigment production switched off.
3 to 4 Nights a week
Apply the 4% lactic acid lotion: Lactic acid is fantastic for the body because it exfoliates while acting as a humectant (drawing moisture into the skin). Apply this at night on clean, dry skin.
1 to 2 Days a Week
Use the physical scrub gently on days you do not use the lactic acid lotion. Focus on rough areas and avoid over-exfoliating. Never skip body sunscreen especially on exposed areas.
