All LAMANCHA pieces are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Returns & Damaged Orders

At this time, we do not offer refunds. We currently offer exchanges or store credit only. Requests must be made within 3 working days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
