    Shipping & delivery

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

    Returns & Damaged Orders

    At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products.

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
