Should there be delays in orders, communications will always be sent out via email provided by the customer.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! You can return your product for exchange if item is available in-store or for store credit which can be used to purchase anything available on our website.

We however unfortunately do not offer cash refunds.

You can return an unwanted product to us. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1.  Items can be returned undamaged and unused, with the original labels and packaging.

2. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

4. Exchange or Return within 7 days of purchase.

5. All exchanges will take place after we have received product.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account via email with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return (excluding shipping fee).

Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
